About OxFF
Built by an operator who was tired of finding out about failed jobs from a client instead of a monitor.

OxFF started as a real-world solution: we were managing 100+ ETL scripts on Windows Task Scheduler for a client's ERP system, and when those scripts silently failed — or never ran at all — the only way to know was reactive troubleshooting after the damage was done.
A script exiting cleanly for days while doing nothing useful is the failure mode that hurts the most, because nothing looks wrong until a client asks why their report never showed up. So we built OxFF to give us alerts the moment something goes wrong, instead of finding out from a client.
Since then we've rolled it out across all of our clients — Linux and Windows alike — because the same problem keeps appearing everywhere: cron jobs, Task Scheduler tasks, web apps, and SSL certificates all fail silently if nobody is watching. OxFF is that watch, in one place, for every client and server we manage.
